In 1991-1992 many collegiate athletic programs across the country were eliminated overnight. Having been a former player and active alumni for UCLA waterpolo I became involved in helping raise money to save the program at UCLA. The idea to produce various sports jewelry items was born. Watches to waterpolo balls with the UCLA logo became a small part of the fund raising project. Every year since then I have been contacted by parents of current players of the program to manufacture more waterpolo balls they could wear and support at the waterpolo games.
I decided to search the internet as well as personally inspect various collegiate campus stores and found either very little or no jewelry items. And what is available is usually very lightweight, low cost, and cheap looking.
This idea has finally led to this new website and an initial offering of eight different sports balls, earrings, and rings. These are available for individual purchase or packaged as a fund raiser for individual clubs or schools.
With 30 years experience as a fine jewelry manufacturer I have come up with very high quality jewelry products all cast in sterling silver and either 14k yellow gold or rhodium plated to prevent tarnishing and assure luster for many years.
